 When I met De Vida I was at the lowest point in my life - I was in an abusive relationship with a man who gave me constant anxiety, miserable in the city I was living in (far away from family and friends), humiliated at work, lost spiritually, and swallowed by my social circle which included people who were lying, cheating and negative. I felt so unhappy and nothing was helping me to change. I read self-help books, wrote in a journal, went to therapy, meditated and practiced yoga. De Vida was the only person who broke through to me and helped me to make tangible changes in every way I could imagine.

 De Vida helped me to learn about being spiritual, and by default has helped me to improve my health and well-being. Specifically, she has helped me to see energy, people, the divine, and the world differently – with open eyes. While I still have a ways to go, I feel like I’m on the path to spiritual enlightenment. De Vida is a courageous and blessed teacher. She has a unique mix of poise, grace, honor and conviction unlike anyone I’ve ever known. I feel truly blessed to have been introduced to her. If you want to work with someone who will ask you to work, hold you accountable and help you… De Vida is the best.
